By opening out the main entrance of this Edinburgh, casino and adding a central feature to the reception, the frontage has become a real focal point of the busy, Fountain Park, street scene. The central feature consists of colour changing, back illuminated, glass, clad around the new cloaks room. An inlaid path leads the eye around the reception desk, to the main stairs, taking the customer down to the basement floor.
Arriving at the base of the stairs, the inlaid path continues, carrying the eye towards the back illuminated, bar.
Modular seating booths are located around the entertainment zone; an area that can be used for multiple functions; from dancing, to private parties and from watching live sport, to simply relaxing, away from the busy gaming floor.
A show kitchen is set to one side of the bar, providing culinary theatre to the flexible restaurant beyond. A series of bespoke screens help defend the restaurant from the rest of the casino, yet give tanitlising glimpses of the gaming floor.
The gaming floor spills out to one side of the entrance stairs, providing a mixture of slots, table gaming and poker. Golden arches of the VIP lounge and cash desk provide a be-jewelled, backdrop to the enticing vista, as the customer enters the gaming floor.
