Helping to develop the unique, Fahrenheit Bar & Grill brand for Genting Casinos, Design at Source created a bar and restaurant in their own right, within this Genting Casino.
With use of gloss black, front panels and gold inlays, the bar had an art deco, ocean liner quality to it. The Design at Source team carefully developed the plan layout, to ensure this elegant bar was positioned in the most efficient, location possible. The horse-shoe shaped, bar meant the servery could service the live entertainement venue on one side and deliver drinks to restaurant tables, on the other side.
Dark timber arches, rose from the elevated, restaurant position, helping to define this area from the open plan, gaming floor. This helped to create a cosetted and intimate setting for diners, while the elevated restaurant position and the juxtapoistion of the arches, meant that diners caught tantalising glimpses of the casino gaming floor. The rich use of textured materials, together with a warm palette ensured a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
